Speak Your Vision Into Reality—
Join a Circle That Elevates You.
Rise and Radiate Power Breakfast is an exclusive gathering for ambitious, driven women ready to reignite their vision, take action, and build meaningful connections.
One Morning. Powerful Connections. Real Momentum.
Gain clarity, inspiration, and real strategies to turn your vision into action.
Connect with extraordinary women who understand the triumphs, struggles, and bold moves it takes to build a life of intention.

Leave recharged and empowered, supported by a network of ambitious, like-minded women who truly lift you up.
Twenty years ago, I uprooted my life and moved to Florence, navigating the complexities of starting over, building a life, and holding onto big dreams.
What kept me going? A circle of like-minded people who dared to dream alongside me. Their support, encouragement, and belief in my vision made all the difference.
✨ That’s why I created Rise and Radiate. ✨
This isn’t just another networking event—it’s a space where ambitious women come together to verbalize their vision, spark meaningful conversations, and take action.
If you’re ready to surround yourself with the right people, gain clarity, and leave feeling energized and empowered—this is for you.
Here’s what some of our community members are saying:
It's trust and surrender. So before it's something that I'm really afraid to do and I'm not comfortable doing it. So I think now I'm more open to actually embody it and do it.
Divine Grace Bendicion
If you really put it into heart, with the frenetic lifestyle with everything going digital, balance with like wellness also there is power in taking a break.
Chiara Bajet
People think that we have to be on 100% all the time every second of the day especially as women. One of the learnings here was really for us to also make time for ourselves to take a break and to also better understand ourselves because when we fill our own cup then we be able to help out others more.
Samantha Bagayas
I was so amazed by how everyone had some sort of connection like you really meet people who can help you with something and at the same time, you can help someone with something they need. It was a beautiful session!
Anikka Delvento
I learned that I should keep connecting with people who are in the same way like me. We want to grow, we want to change, and we will empower each other to make ourselves better.
Yuan Gao
I felt seen and heard at Rise and Radiate. I’ll remember the power of a group of women and how healing it is.
Fiamma Zoli
One thing I learned about myself is that we have different personalities, different personas. Today, I had the chance to understand that this other side of me, when I’m not being a mom, is still present and it’s nice.
Marcella Wong
One thing I’ll remember is the positivity for my future projects and the encouragement to speak up and express myself while connecting with people who, like me, are also aiming to better themselves.
Nevie Vrtikapa
Rise and Radiate is a safe space for women to talk about a lot of things. Some things may be uncomfortable like challenges at work, being a leader, how to rise up to the challenge, how to empower women, and how to be there for each other to get the best practices from other people to learn and be inspired.
Nina Cuenca
I like the idea of women coming together to support each other. Today I acknowledge the fact that I need to pay attention to myself.
